Terms and Conditions

Through this document, BOOK AND BALL presents its policies for the use of its services, which must be read and observed by each and every customer.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE. By using the BOOK AND BALL site, you accept these policies. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the BOOK AND BALL site. BOOK AND BALL reserves the right, to change, modify, add or delete some terms at any time. The customer should periodically check if these terms have been changed. Your continued use of the BOOK AND BALL site after incorporation of changes to these terms will imply acceptance of such changes.

Sales Policy

Process: The user must make the registration in the course or event concerned through the BOOK AND BALL website in the corresponding registration page. Once you have received confirmation of the receipt of your request by BOOK AND BALL, the user must make the payment and send the proof of payment by email to info @ BOOK AND BALL.es.
The user will not be formally registered until he has made the registration and the payment. Once this is done, your registration will be confirmed. Registrations mut be paid within 5 days, otherwisethe registration is canceled. If the user has not formalized the payment the first day of the course/event, the user has no right to assistance.

Payments can be made through our web using Visa and MasterCard cards, or by bank wire to the account.

Return Policy

The user is entitled to the refund of the amount of the registration in the following terms and conditions:

Cancellations must be send by email to info @ BOOK AND BALL.es. No cancellations reported by any other means are accepted. This email must contain all the information of the registration, including Name of the course, name and surname of the student, date and contact details.

To all intents and purposes, the date of reception of the email will be taken as reference for the periods indicated in Royal Decree 1/2007 of November 16. However, the participant must pay and, where applicable, B & B may withhold the amount corresponding to the damages caused, including all expenses incurred by B & B by said participant until the cancellation date. By way of illustration, but not limited to: accommodation, airlines, insurance companies, as well as any other infrastructure and / or logistical expenses, among others.

Substitution policy: If the registered person can not participate in the course, it can be replaced by another person from the same organization. In any case, the person who is going to attend in substitution of the one initially registered must also complete their registration, comply with the admission requirements of the program and request the change to info @ BOOK AND BALL.es.

Cancellation policy: BOOK AND BALL reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event / course if there are not enough people enrolled, or if the trainers, for a justified cause, could not attend. In these cases, payments received by inscriptions without any express possibility of any other type of compensation will be fully reintegrated
